SpeechCraft provides AI-assisted speech drafting, revision, practice, and export tools. The service may include preview generation, paid full drafts, share links, and gift functionality.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Submit content that infringes third-party rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.
- Share private review links publicly if they contain personal or sensitive information.
5. Content and License
You retain rights to content you submit (for example, your stories and edits). You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform that content solely to operate and improve the service, provide support, enforce safety policies, and comply with law.
6. AI Output and No Guarantee
The service uses AI to generate draft content. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, or language you may want to edit. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding what to use.
We do not guarantee any specific emotional response, event outcome, speech score, or commercial result from generated content.
7. Payments and Checkout
Paid purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Prices are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases are one-time payments and not recurring subscriptions.
8. Refunds
Refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy.
9. Gift Purchases and Redemption
Gift purchases may include recipient information and a redemption code. Gift code validity, redemption status, and refund eligibility are subject to our Refund Policy and anti-abuse controls.
10. Intellectual Property
The service, software, branding, and site content (excluding your own submitted content) are owned by SpeechCraft or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is abuse, unlawful activity, security risk, or material violation of these Terms.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeechCraft and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SpeechCraft and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Disputes and Governing Law
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SpeechCraft is principally based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
If enforceable in your jurisdiction, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post updates with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
